Karen Ann Elkins

Karen Ann Elkins, 57, of Barboursville, WV, passed away Friday February 17, 2012 in the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral service will be conducted 12:00 PM Monday February 20, 2012 at Chapman’s Mortuary, Huntington, with Pastor Glen Robinson officiating. Entombment will be in the White Chapel Mausoleum, White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. Karen was born June 7, 1954 in Camp Lejeune, NC, a daughter of Charles Michael Grieco of Virginia Beach, VA and the late Florence Pauline Tomblin Grieco. She was retired from customer service with Verizon. Her uncle Dave Tomblin also preceded her in death. Additional survivors include her husband Roger D. Elkins, two sisters Theresa Grieco of Salt Rock & Diana Marie Daniels of Barboursville, two brothers, Anthony Grieco of Madisonville, LA & Charles M. Grieco, Jr. of Huntington, a stepson, Craig Allen Elkins of South Carolina, an uncle Ephraim (Rachael) Tomblin of Lesage, an aunt, Phyllis Tomblin of Huntington and several nieces, nephews and numerous friends. Friends may call at the funeral home after 10:00 AM until service time on Monday.
