Sharon Kay Midkiff, 61, of Huntington, WV, died Monday February 27, 2012 at Huntington Health & Rehabilitation. Funeral service will be conducted 2:30 PM Friday March 2, 2012 at the Abbey of Peace, Woodmere Memorial Park with Kenneth Fuller officiating. Burial will follow. Sharon was born May 9, 1950 in Cabell Co., WV a daughter of the late Leroy & Violet Armstrong Angle. She was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy. She was survived by her husband, Larry Midkiff, Sr., one daughter, Tammy Midkiff of Wayne Co., WV, one son Larry Midkiff, Jr., of Huntington, two sisters, Debbie Farmakis of Wayne Co. & Brenda Dixon of Madison, OH, one brother, Rodney Angle of Ona, WV, 7 grandchildren, Brittany, Ciera & Dallas Kipp, Ambera Dillistone, Greg Carter, Brian Johnson & Destiny Craig, three great-grandchildren, Jocelynn & Jordin Carter & Lillian Marie Dillistone and a very special Dog she cared about, Asia. Friends may call after 1:00 PM until service time at the cemetery. Chapman’s Mortuary Huntington is assisting the family.
