Cynthia Deanna Wilson

Cynthia Deanna “Dee” Wilson, 33, of Huntington, WV, passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2014. She was born June 13, 1980 in Huntington, WV the daughter of Marcia (Ward) Mansfield of Huntington, WV. In addition to her mother, she is also survived by her loving son who was the light of her life, Cory Thomas Sims of Huntington; two special and loving sisters, Kristy (Wilson) Bays of Huntington and Shawna (Wilson) Fife and her fiancé, Tommy Mounts of Hurricane, WV; five special nephews; one special niece; a special aunt who was like a second mother, Belinda (Ward) Ford; a best friend and companion, Jason Christian; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, James P. Ward and Ruby Elizabeth (Fizer) Ward; and a special uncle who was her father figure, Bobby Elwood Ford. She was a full time mother to her son, Cory, and was loved by so many people. Deanna was a special person who helped her loving mother take care of her grandmother, Ruby, for ten years. The family would like to extend special thanks to Tombo and Debbie Sims for being so kind to her with your love and support. Friends may call from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm on Monday, March 10, 2014 at Chapman’s Mortuary, Huntington. A funeral service officiated by Rev. Tony Mays will begin immediately after the visitation at the funeral home. Burial will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV.
