Joyce Lee Lewis, 85, of Huntington, WV, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday October 25, 2016 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 PM Saturday October 29, 2016 at Chapman's Mortuary Huntington, with Pastor Keith Wiebe, Jr. officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. Joyce was born November 14, 1930 in Matewan, WV, a daughter of the late Harry and Verna Blair Butler. Joyce retired from Kroger's with 44 years of service, was an avid Marshall Fan and was a member of Grace Gospel Church. The family would like to thank Josh Dierdorff and Joe Lambiotte, whom Joyce had a special bond with at Riverside Physical Therapy in Proctorville, OH for all their loving care. She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Pamela Adkins, one brother, one sister and a daughter-in-law Jackie Adkins. Survivors include her daughter, Kathy (Kevin) McComas of Lesage, two sons, Victor Adkins of Huntington and Rodney Adkins of Barboursville, 7 grandchildren, Shawn Adkins, Ainslee Adkins, Shane Adkins, Jason Beter, Jessica Adkins, Sarah McGinnis and Galen Adkins, 12 great grandchildren, Chelsea Starkey, Hailey Shannon, Camron Adkins, Lukas Beter, Caleb Adkins, Noah Beter, Briggs Niday, Hunter Nichols, Reagan Adkins, Matison McGinnis, Eli McGinnis and Jackson Adkins. Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Friday October 28, 2016 at Chapman's Mortuary.
