MATTHEW RYAN ADKINS
(September 22, 1975 - December 17, 2014)



MATTHEW RYAN ADKINS, 39, of Huntington, W.Va., passed away December 17, 2014, at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Funeral services will be at 8 p.m. Sunday, December 21, 2014, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. He was born September 22, 1975, in Huntington, W.Va., a son of Teresa Barbour Adkins of Huntington and the late Rickie Adkins. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his beloved grandparents, Arnold and Ivy Adkins and Raymond Barbour. He was a retired carpenter. He is also survived by his children, who were the light of his life, Ryan Bradley Adkins and Mattilyn Gail "Princess" Adkins, both of Ohio; one brother, Justin and Amanda Adkins of Huntington; and his maternal grandmother, Gladys Barbour of Huntington. He will also be missed by his uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and friends, but he will truly be missed by all. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
