SAMUEL LEE CLARK, 34, of Huntington, W.Va., passed away December 17, 2014. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, December 20, 2014, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be in Baylous Cemetery, Salt Rock. He was born December 10, 1980, in Elgin, Ill., a son of Jerry Clark of Huntington and Robin Fielder Clark of Byron, Ill. In addition to his parents, he is survived by one son, Jonathan Clark; one sister, Nancy Clark of Kirkland, Ill.; one step-sister, Brianna Salyers of Huntington; and two step-brothers, Jeremy Elliott of Columbus, Ohio and Jacob Salyers of Huntington. Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
