Mabel V. Jones
 Augusta 29, 1917 - March 12, 2009

Mabel V. Jones, 91, Huntington, WV, widow of Robert Eugene Jones, passed away Thursday, March 12, 2009, at her daughter's home in Hope Mills, NC. She was born August 29, 1917 in Parkersburg, WV. Mabel was a homemaker and was a member of the former Twentieth Street Baptist Church and a founding member of New Baptist Church, Huntington. She was also preceded in death by a son, Danny Allen Jones. Survivors include: a daughter and son-in-law, Sandra L. and Albert Finn of Hope Mills, NC; a son and daughter-in-law, Robert L. and Jean Anne Jones of Huntington; twelve grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild. Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 PM Wednesday, March 18, 2009, at Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, OH, with Pastor Donald Walker officiating. Friends may call from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM Wednesday at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington.
