Obituary



Ronald Gene Osborne, 61, of Huntington, WV, died Friday, August 28, 2015 at West Virginia University Hospital, Ruby Division, Morgantown, WV. He was born January 13, 1954, in Floyd County, KY., a son of the late Steven Jefferson Osborne and Gracie Parsons Dalton. Ronald obtained a rank of Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force. He is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Dawn Fields and husband, Robbie Fields, and Jessica Poore, all of Memphis, TN; four sisters, Ann Sweeney and husband, Sam, of Bucyrus, OH, Bea Riels of Bucyrus, OH, Dorene Cole of Bucyrus, OH, and Denise Evans and husband, Troy, of Galion, OH; three brothers, Harold Osborne and wife, Susan, of South Williamson, KY, Melvin Osborne of Columbus, OH, and Ken Osborne and wife, Pam, of Bucyrus, OH; five grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Chapman's Mortuary is assisting the family with cremation services per Ronald's wishes.
