Raymond Edward "Whitey" Waugh
(March 25, 1947 - January 2, 2017)

Raymond Edward “Whitey” Waugh, 69, of Huntington, passed away January 2, 2017. He was born March 25, 1947 in Cabell County, a son of the late Raymond Rudolph and Mable Elizabeth Morrison Waugh. He was preceded in death by one son, David Shannon Waugh. Raymond is survived by his daughter, Mary Waugh of Huntington; his son, Timothy Allen Waugh of Milton; his sister, Joyce Ryder of Lesage and his brother, Gary Waugh of Proctorville. Memorial service will be conducted at 7:00 pm Monday, January 9, 2017 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor Paul Meadows. Visitation will be from 6-7 pm Monday at the Wallace Funeral Home.
