ANTHA HOLBROOK FULKS, 89, of Barboursville, passed away Tuesday, October 3, 2017. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Friday, October 6, 2017, at Rose Hill Burial Park, Ashland, Ky., by Rev. Kerry Bart. She was born March 30, 1928, in Cabell County, W.Va., a daughter of the late Arthur and Sarah Barker Holbrook. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Fulks; two sisters, Jean Smith and Margaret Warden; two brothers, Arley and Orvice Holbrook. She is survived by two sisters-in-law, Mary Alice Holbrook of Huntington and Winona Holbrook of Barboursville. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
