Lou Dean Frazier Isaacs
(June 19, 1947 - October 26, 2017)



LOU DEAN FRAZIER ISAACS, 70, of Barboursville, departed from this life Thursday, October 26, 2017. She was born June 19, 1947, in Parkersburg, W.Va., a daughter of the late Levi J. Dean Jr. and Thelma Joy Dean. She was also preceded in death by a son, Michael Scott Frazier; a granddaughter, Lindsey Nicole Thomas; a great-grandson, Grayson Michael Skaggs; and one sister, Suzy Wilson. She was a retired bookkeeper with Adams Trucking. Lou was an avid bowler and enjoyed dancing. She loved her family, friends and pets. She is survived by her husband, Daniel Isaacs; two daughters, Jamy Lou Frazier (Rod) Thomas of Milton and Jody Lynn Frazier-Skaggs (Anissa) of Ona; two stepchildren, Kristy (Kenny) Stowers of Hurricane, W.Va., and Stephen (Kelly) Isaacs of Nashua, N.H.; four grandchildren, Katie (Aaron) Foster, Andy Thomas, Shannon (Rachel) Skaggs, Kasey (Savannah) Thomas; one great-grandson, Reed Jameson Skaggs, and two great-granddaughters, expected soon, Olivia Grey Foster and Lucy Kate Skaggs; six step-grandchildren, Kaileigh, Kinsley, Kaden Stowers, Jacob, Steven and Brandon Johnson; one sister, Joy Darro of Las Vegas, N.V.; her furry friends; and many special dear friends. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, October 30, 2017, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel with Rev. Jeff Dailey officiating. Burial will be in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington. Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Monday.
