Roy Vinson Bias, Jr., 64, of Huntington, WV, died Saturday November 22, 2014 in St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral service will be conducted noon on Friday November 28, 2014 at Woodmere Memorial Park’s Abbey of Remembrance. Burial will follow. Roy was born June 21, 1950 in Huntington, WV a son of the late Roy Vinson Bias, Sr. & Janice Lee Corns Bias. He was co-owner of Jan Roy’s Flowers. Survivors include his sister Linda Spangler & husband Joe, niece Janenna Spangler, great niece, Breanna Smith, nephew, Billy Joe Spangler, Jr., & wife Amanda, great nieces, Brooklynn & Kaylynn Spangler & great nephew, Landon Howard Spangler all of Huntington. Friends may call at the cemetery after 11:30 AM on Friday. Chapman’s Mortuary Huntington is assisting the family.
