Robert A "Bob" Bryant, 78, of Huntington, WV, died Friday August 26, 2016 at his residence. Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 PM Monday August 29, 2016 at Chapman's Mortuary Huntington with Pastors Buddy Muncy and Roger Mooney officiating. Burial will be in Woodmere Memorial Park. Bob was born July 20, 1938 in Huntington, WV a son of the late Lucian Stanley and Francis Morris Bryant. He retired from the former C and O Railroad and was Baptist by faith. Also preceding him in death were four brothers, Lewis, James, Morris and Henry Bryant and a sister, Carolyn Burns. Survivors include his wife Mary Bryant, one son, Jon Alan Bryant and wife Mary Beth of Colorado Springs, Colo, two grandchildren, Jillian A. Bryant of Kalamazoo, MI and Jarett A. Bryant of Colorado Spring, one stepson, Mark Allen Ferrell of Huntington, a step granddaughter, Courtney Leigh Ferrell Jackson, a great granddaughter, Audrey Brielle Jackson, two sisters, Phyllis (Don) Glazier of South Charleston, WV and Mary (Ira) McCoy of Gandeeville, WV and a sister-in-law, Virginia Chaffin of Huntington. Visitation will be from 4:00 until 6:00 PM Sunday August 28, 2016 at Chapman's Mortuary.
