Ronald G. Keefer, 75, of Huntington, WV, passed away Saturday, August 20, 2016, in St. Mary's Medical Center. He was born September 22, 1940 in Milton, WV a son of the late Alva Pearl and Edna Hensley Keefer. His wife, Mary Kay "Katie" Keefer, also preceded him in death. He was a graduate of Milton High School; was a former driver for Mootz Bakery and Heiners Bakery, for 25 years; and was a custodian at the Cabell County Courthouse for ten years. Survivors include: his son, Matthew (Linda) Keefer of Barboursville, WV; a brother, Whit (Virginia) Keefer of Huntington; two nieces, Jamie and Cindy Keefer; and his dog, Slick. Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 am Wednesday, August 24, 2016, at Forest Memorial Park, Milton, with Vernon Wallace officiating. Burial will follow. Visitation will be from 10:30 am to 11:00 am Wednesday at the cemetery. Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, is assisting the family.
