James Ronald "Jamie" Burton, 52, of Huntington, WV, passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2016 in Saint Mary's Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 pm Monday, August 15, 2016, at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, with Jim Wells officiating. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Jamie was born January 3, 1964, in Huntington, a son of Ruby Clark Moye of Huntington, and the late Earl M. Burton. One brother John Burton also preceded him in death. Survivors in addition to his mother include; two daughters, Cheyenne Misner and Lindsey Misner, both of Huntington; two sons, Isiah Byrd and Austin Byrd; one sister, Julie (Vince) McCoy; and one brother, Jeff (Sherri) Burton; and two grandchildren, Braydon Misner and Nevaeh Triplett, and a host of nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Val Misner. Jamie was well liked by everyone he met. He leaves behind many friends and family to mourn his passing. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to service time Monday at the funeral home.
