Miss. Karynn Barringer 65, of Huntington, passed away, Sunday, July 21, 2013 at Heritage Center Genesis Eldercare, Huntington WV. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Thursday, July 25, 2013. at Chapman’s Mortuary, with Ernest M. Ritchie officiating, Burial will be in Woodmere Memorial Park. Karynn was born August 23, 1947 in Huntington, a daughter of the late Eugene “Bones” Barringer and Glenna L. Burger Barringer. She attended Green Acres for 35 years, and was a member of Baptist Temple Church. She is survived by a sister, Jeanne Barringer Stark of Huntington, WV. a niece and her husband, Carissa and SSG (Ret.) Leslie S. Riggio of Prince George, VA., VA, a nephew and his wife, Stuart and Michelle Stark of Huntington, WV a great niece, Jessica Stark and great nephews, LCPL Jacob K. Riggio, USMC, Joshua Riggio, and Darian Stark. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM Thursday, July 25, 2013 at Chapman’s Mortuary. In lieu of flowers one may make a donation to the Children’s Department at Baptist Temple.
