Franklin Delano Thompson, 79, of Chesapeake, OH, husband of Betty Chapman Thompson, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2013, in Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was born December 6, 1933 in Huntington, WV a son of the late Gus and Ella Mae Gillum Thompson. He was retired from the Ohio River Barge Company. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Angela Quintero and three grandchildren, Krista Chapman, Corina Chapman, and Alysa Chapman, all of Chesapeake. Chapman’s Mortuary, Huntington, is assisting the family.
