Obituary

Margie Marie Waugh
(August 25, 1922 - July 25, 2014)



Margie Marie Harbour Waugh, 91, passed away on July 25, 2014. Margie was born on August 25, 1922 in Huntington, WV. She was the daughter of the late Wealtha and Shelby Harbour. She was a proud graduate of the first graduating class of Huntington East High School and is a retired employee of the Pepsi Cola Co. where she was lovingly called "the voice of Pepsi." She was a member of Cox Landing United Methodist Church where she was involved with the women's society.  Margie is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald A. Waugh and a brother, Shelby Harbour. She is survived by her three children Ronald (Lanna) Waugh, Roger (Judy) Waugh and Glenna (Jack) Hendrick; seven grandchildren Chris (John) Early, Tonda Waugh, Rob (Heather) Waugh, Roger (Tracy) Waugh, Joe Waugh, Joshua Hendrick and Eric Hendrick; and seven great grandchildren Connor and Natalie Early, Annaleese and Reagan Waugh, Emily and Adelyn Waugh and Bradley Wilson. She is also survived by a brother, Bob (Donna) Harbour, one brother-in-law, Charles Waugh, five sisters-in-law Reba Harbour, Maxine Adams, Lee Betts, Judy Meeks and Freda Waugh; as well as many other beloved friends and family members.
Margie is greatly loved and will be sorely missed by family and friends. Special thanks to Heartland of Riverview and the Emogene Dolin Hospice House for the wonderful care she received.  Visitation will be at Chapman's Mortuary on Sunday, July 27, 2014 from 12-2PM with funeral services following at 2PM with Rev. Mouser of Cox Landing United Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be Woodmere Cemetery.
