Susie Ellen Scarberry 87, of Huntington, passed away Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at home. She was a pharmacy tech for Kmart. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm Monday, December 7, 2015, at Chapman's Mortuary Huntington, with Pastor Steve Williams officiating. Burial will be in Mount Vernon Cemetery, Wayne County. She was born July 29, 1928, in Ardell, WV, Wayne County, a daughter of the late Mack and Vada Marshall Morris. Two sisters and two brothers also preceded her in death. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Kimberly Scarberry with whom she made her home; two grandchildren, Christopher Scarberry and fiancée, Meagan, and Tiffany Davis; one sister, June Fraley; three great-grandchildren, Makenzie Davis, Chase Davis, and Rylan Scarberry. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time Monday at the funeral home.
