Ella Mae Stepp, 86, of Huntington, WV, died Wednesday December 23, 2015 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral service will be conducted at noon Tuesday December 29, 2015 at Chapman's Mortuary Huntington with Pastor Mark Roach officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. Ella Mae was born January 18, 1929 in Logan Co., WV, a daughter of the late Fred and Linda Lusk Daniels. She was a member of the Jesus Church on the Ohio River Rd. and attended Mount Hope Missionary Baptist in Chesapeake, OH. She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Harless Stepp, two daughters, Delena Wood and Patricia Hensley, one son, Donald Stepp, four brothers, Huston, Earl, Robert and Wannie Daniels and one sister, Mary Workman. Survivors include three daughters, Anna Stepp and Kathleen Pauley both of Huntington and Diana (Arden) Brooks of Proctorville, OH, two sons, Harless (Betty) Stepp, Jr. of Chesapeake, OH, and Roger (Sally) Stepp of Huntington, 18 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren. Friends may visit with the family from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Monday December 28, 2015 at Chapman's Mortuary.
