Obituary

SANDRA SUE FOWLER
(August 10, 1951 - October 26, 2015)

SANDRA SUE FOWLER, 64, of Barboursville, W.Va., died Monday, October 26, 2015, at her residence. A Celebration of her life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 31, 2015, at Sweet Confections Event Room at Route 60 East and Kmart Plaza. Sandra was born August 10, 1951, in Huntington, W.Va., a daughter of Betty Fox Hicks of Wilmington, N.C., and the late Oscar Fowler. She worked with the Huntington Housing Authority. Additional survivors include her daughter Rebecca Fowler of Barboursville; one sister, Cathy Shidal and two nephews, Timothy and Chuck Shidal, all of Wilmington. Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, is assisting the family.
