Obituary



Maywood Judson "Tim" Turner, III, 71, of Huntington, WV, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2015, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington. Tim was born December 29, 1943 in Huntington a son of the late Maywood J. Turner, II and Margie Shannon Skean. He was a retired Supervisor of Transportation for the Cabell Wayne Association of the Blind for over 20 years and loved music, fishing, bowling, and motorcycling. He was a member of the Southern Cruisers Riding Club. Survivors include: his spouse of 27 years, Kim Woodyard Turner; a daughter and son-in-law, Candlelynn Turner Snell and Dustin Snell of Denver, CO; a son and daughter-in-law, Mark (Kelly) Turner of Taylor, MI; five grandchildren, Andrew and Joseph Snell of Denver, and Christian, Rachel and Matthew Turner of Taylor, MI; a sister and brother-in-law, Judy and David McCormick of Logan, WV; two nieces, Joni and Amy; and a nephew, Casey. A memorial service will be conducted 5:00 pm Thursday, November 5, 2015, at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 5:00 pm Thursday, November 5, 2015, at Chapman's Mortuary.
