Crystal Dale Chambers, 42, of Huntington, mother of Trey Chambers and Nickolas Chambers, passed away Friday, September 7, 2018 at her residence. She was a Regulatory Project Manager for the US Army Corps of Engineers. Memorial services will be conducted 6:00 pm Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Community of Grace United Methodist Church of which she was a member. Born August 16, 1976, in Huntington, WV, she was the daughter of Dale and Melva Lou Perry Maynard. One brother, Shane Maynard also survives her. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Crystal Chambers Memorial Fund or charity of your choice. Chapman's Mortuary is assisting the family.
