Kathy Rosa Havens Perry, 62, of Proctorville, OH, entered into the arms of her Heavenly Father at her home on September 26, 2018. She was born December 17th, 1955 in Huntington, WV to the late Edison E. "Eddy" and Anna Jean Havens. She retired from the Cabell County Board of Education as an Elementary School Teacher. Survivors include her husband of thirty-two years Vincent E. Perry; two step sons Brian (Jodi) Perry of South Mills, NC; Kevin Perry of Toledo, OH; and one son Tyler (Natalie) Perry of Chesapeake, OH. One brother Edison (Becky) Havens of Lesage, WV and one sister Pamela Havens McComas of Proctorville, OH. Seven grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She loved to teach, lay by her pool to tan, beach trips and spending time with her family and she will be greatly missed. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Saturday, September 29th, at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Huntington, with Dr. Tim Yates officiating. Burial will follow. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers, our family requests that you dedicate a portion of your time to support and encourage a caregiver of a sick or elderly loved one. Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, is assisting the family.
