Obituary

Thelma Sizemore
(January 9, 1936 - March 5, 2018)

Thelma Sizemore, 82, of Branchland, WV, passed away March 5, 2018. She was born January 9, 1936, in Wayne County, WV, a daughter of the late McKinley Eaves and Angeline Adkins Eaves. She was a member of Altizer First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hiram Sizemore and one son, Randall Sizemore. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Verlin and Myrtle Sizemore of Branchland; Dwight and Cathy Sizemore of Flatwoods, KY; and JoAnn Sizemore of Huntington; four grandchildren and their spouses, Becky and Greg Watts, Tabatha and Matt Dingess, Sonny and Shannon Sizemore, and Jacob and Emily Sizemore; ten great grandchildren, Nathan, Casey, Tyler, David D., David W., Maria, Kaitlin, Elijah, Isaac, and Harper. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 8, 2018, at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor Fred Ramey. Burial will be in Eaves Cemetery.
