Lillian Ramey Thomas
(April 6, 1921 - March 26, 2018)



LILLIAN RAMEY THOMAS, 96, of Huntington, passed away March 26, 2018. She was born April 6, 1921, in Cabell County, a daughter of the late Stephen Jackson Ramey and Clara Dillon Ramey. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Ray Thomas; her siblings, Ancil Ramey, Alfred Ramey, Arthur Ramey, Azel Ramey, Nellie Ramey Anderson, Bessie Evans and Pearl Nelson. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Chesapeake, Ohio. She is survived by her son, Ronald K. Thomas of Huntington; one sister, Juanita Meadows of Barboursville, W.Va.; three grandchildren, Ronald Keith Thomas Jr., Jessica Rae Childers and Donovan James Thomas; and one great-grandson, Nathan Elijah Childers. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Friday, March 30, 2018, at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor Jody Fortner. Burial will be in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington.
