Samuel Paul White
(October 31, 1930 - March 27, 2018)


SAMUEL PAUL WHITE, 87, of Barboursville, passed away March 27, 2018. He was born October 31, 1930, in Cabell County, W.Va., a son of the late Pearl L. White and Elsie Edwards White. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Chester White, and one granddaughter, Rena Raybourn. He retired from the C&O Railroad. He was a member of the Barboursville Church of Christ. He is survived by his wife, Deloris Jean Dunford White; three daughters, Rebecca Raybourn, Sally Ann Hall and Susan Turner; three sons, Thomas, Ronald and Joseph White; three brothers, John, Roy and Robert White; 17 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon, with funeral services to follow at noon Saturday, March 31, 2018, at the Barboursville Church of Christ, 1120 McClung Avenue, Barboursville, by Minister David Gladwell and Minister Ron Ross. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Huntington or the Barboursville Church of Christ.
