Rebecca Lee Flora 62, of Hampton, VA, passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2012, in Sentara Careplex Hospital, Hampton. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm Monday December 31, 2012, at Chapman’s Mortuary, Huntington with Ernest Ritchie officiating. Burial will be in Ridgelawn Memorial Park. She was born January 13, 1950, in Huntington, WV, a daughter of Patsy Gillespie Fugate of Huntington, and the late Truman Warren Fugate. She was a retired secretary, a member of the Ladies of the Grand Army of the Republic, Co. A 4th West Virginia Volunteer Infantry, Ombudsman for NAS Norfolk for 7 years, and an American Indian Museum Brick Holder. Survivors in addition to her mother include her husband Danny Flora, one daughter and son-in-law, Anastasia and John Coberly; three grandchildren, Brett, Justin and Alexandra Coberly all of Hampton; and a special friend Jackie Drumwright.
