Herman Floyd Pardue
(December 29, 2012)


Herman Floyd Pardue, 87, of Norfolk, VA, formerly of Huntington, WV, widower of Gloria Ruth Pardue, passed away Saturday, December 29, 2012, in Norfolk. He was born April 30, 1925,in Huntington, WV, a son of the late Jake and Crena Hines Pardue. He retired as a superintendent from the Veteran’s Memorial Field House, Huntington and was a minister for 30 years. He was a U.S. Navy veteran having served in the South Pacific. Survivors include: three daughters, Teena Stamper, Bonita Pardue, and Susan (Kazad) Evans; a son, Timothy F. Pardue; and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Graveside services will be conducted 10:00 AM Friday, January 4, 2013, at Ridgelawn Memorial Park, Huntington, with Dr. Darrell Huffman officiating.
