Robert Samuel Crutcher, IV, 44, of Huntington, WV, passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at his residence. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm Monday, December 23, 3013 at Chapman’s Mortuary. Burial will be in Woodmere Memorial Park. He was born August 21, 1969, in Huntington, a son of the late Robert Samuel Crutcher III, and the late Charmaine Anglin Crutcher. One sister, Mary Walker also preceded him in death. He was self-employed. Survivors include to his companion of 25 years, Jackie Kiger; one daughter, Sarah Kiger; one son, Samuel Kiger; a granddaughter, Caylee Mowdy; two sisters, Chariss Spears and Carly Crutcher; one brother Jason Crutcher; three special friends Evan ” Sunshine” Meddings, Nate Gue and Josh Frazier; several nieces and nephews. Friends may call from noon to service time Monday at the funeral home.
