Ethel Pearl Miller, 93, of Barboursville, WV, died Wednesday, July 6, 2016, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral service will be conducted at noon Saturday, July 16, 2016, at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, with Pastor Steven Hamrick officiating. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. Ethel was born May 22, 1923 in Findlay, OH a daughter of the late Cecil and Jennie Mae Long Hummel. She was a member of the Community of Grace United Methodist Church. She was also preceded in death by her husband and best friend of 69 years, Paul William Miller; one grandson, Robb Miller; and six brothers and sisters. Survivors include: one daughter, Ethel P. Venturino-Moore and husband Earl of Hudson, FL; two sons, Robert E Miller and wife Betty L. of Barboursville; Roger William Miller and wife Mary Anne of Lavalette, WV; one brother, Cecil Hummel and a sister Murtle, both of Findlay; seven grandchildren, Deborah Millner, Daniel and Nicholas Venturino, Jennifer Bellomy, Sandra Oiler, and Shawn and Aaron Miller; 20 great grandchildren; 20 great great grandchildren; and one step great great granddaughter. Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
