Anthony Eugene Smith, 59, of Huntington, widower of Brenda Sue Smith, passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2016, at his residence. Born August 6, 1956 in Cabell County, he was the son of the late George and Marilyn Martin Smith. He worked for A-1 Security, and was a member of the Glorious Church of God in Christ where he served as a deacon. Survivors include, two daughters, Aseloka Smith and Amina Smith both of Baltimore, MD.; one son, Wendell Keith of Huntington; one brother, Timothy Smith of Nashville, TN; two grandchildren, Malik Keith of Atlanta, GA, and Tessa Meadows of Burlington, OH; a niece Ebony Smith; and a friend of the family and caregiver, Michella Minter of Huntington. Memorial service 11:00 am Monday, July 11, 2016, at the Glorious Church of God in Christ with Pastor Gary Brydie officiating. Chapman's Mortuary is assisting the family.
