Joel William Seles, 34, of Huntington, husband of Catherine Ross, passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at home. Memorial Services will be conducted 10:00 am Monday, March 28, 2016, at Chapman's Mortuary, with Father Dean Borgmeyer officiating. Joel was born June 28, 1981, in Toledo OH, a son of William and Patricia Berry Seles. Also surviving are numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a wonderful bunch of friends. He was a graduate of Marshall University, an Eagle Scout, Assistant Scout Master, and a former volunteer firefighter with the Kenova Volunteer Fire Department. He did a lot of community service for Amazon, where he worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer. He was an avid nature lover, and a kind hearted friend to all. Friends may visit with the family from 5:00 to 8:00 pm Sunday, March 27, 2016 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, please make charitable donations to Little Victories Animal Shelter, The American Red Cross of Charleston, WV or the Boy Scouts of America.
