Opal Newton, 87, of Huntington, WV, passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at Huntington Health and Rehabilitation facility. She was born January 1, 1930 at Ansted, WV, daughter of the late Elliott and Wynona Willis Newton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, William Newton and Clifford Newton and a sister Ina Newton Davis. She is survived by several nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Graveside services will be conducted by Pastor, Fred Perkins @ Willis Cemetery. Located at Victor WV. The service will be at 10:00am on Saturday, December 23, 2017. Chapman's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
