Ray Haynes
(June 18, 1939 - August 14, 2010)
Lawrence Ray Haynes, 71 of
Huntington, WV, died Saturday August 14, 2010 in Cabell Huntington Hospital.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Wednesday, August 18th, 2010 at
Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial
Gardens. Lawrence was born June 18, 1939 in Huntington, WV a son of Paul Ray
and Estelle Zora Christian Haynes, who preceded him in death. In addition,
he was preceded in death by his brother Marlin Haynes. He was a veteran of
the U.S. Army and a parking attendant for H&H Parking, Huntington. Survivors
include his two daughters, Carmalita Everhart of and Erie Manning, both of
Tellico Plains, TN; and his three sons, Christopher Haynes of Grant, FL;
Craig Haynes of Orange, TX; and George Haynes of Palm Bay, FL. Also
surviving are three brothers, Roger A. Haynes of Huntington; Leon Haynes, of
Chesapeake, OH; and Lafe Haynes, also of Huntington; 8 grandchildren and 1
great grandchild. Friends may call at the Chapman's Mortuary from 12 PM,
Wednesday, August 18th until time of service.
