Thelma Ann Cox
 (November 3, 1957 - September 25, 2010)

Mrs. Thelma Ann Cox, 52, of Huntington, wife of Robert Cox, died Saturday, September 25, 2010 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm Thursday, September 30, 2010 at Chapman's Mortuary, with Rev. Nathan Ward officiating. Burial will be in Spring Valley Memory Gardens. She was born, November 3, 1957 in Martin's Ferry, OH. Preceding her in death was her father, Daniel Nelson Phillips, Sr. Surviving in addition to her husband are 2 daughters and a son-in-law; Jamie Hackworth of Chesapeake, OH, and Jessica and Joey Richman of Huntington; a son and daughter-in-law Dustin and Renee Crupe of Madison, WV; a brother and sister-in-law, Daniel and Sharon Phillips, of Martin's Ferry, OH ; a very special sister-in-law, Sue (Todd) Forney of Huntington, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends whom she dearly loved. Friends may call from 6 pm until 8 pm Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at Chapman's Mortuary.
