Ronald Lawrence Erwin, Sr., 64, of Huntington, husband of Deborah Rutherford Erwin, passed away Friday February 1, 2013 in St. Mary’s Medical Center. Ronald was born May 10, 1948 in Huntington a son of the late Lonnie Erwin and Helen Lorraine Kisor Erwin. He was owner and operator of the former R&L Construction. Additional survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law, Faith and Michael Holbrook, Misty and Scott Blevins, and Melinda Erwin and Greg Davis; two sons, Ronald L. Erwin, II, and Michael Erwin and wife Maggie a sister, Linda Gayle Meade; half sister, Sue Erwin Jude and half brother, Keith Erwin; 19 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Graveside services will be conducted 2 :00 pm Wednesday February 6, 2013 at Plybon Cemetery, Huntington. Friends may call a half hour before services at the cemetery.
