Helen Marie Barrett Donahoe

Helen Marie Barrett Donahoe, 89, of Huntington, widow of both Cleabert Barrett and Eugene Donahoe, passed away Tuesday, February, 25, 2014, in St. Mary’s Medical Center. She was born July 6, 1924, in Coryville, OH, a daughter of the late Leonard and Cora Darling Smith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, James Barrett; a sister, Mary Elizabeth Halleck; and three brothers, Ed, Paul, and Leonard Darling. She was a homemaker, and mother to Robert Barrett (Zeltha) of Willow Wood, OH; and grandmother to, Sylvia Terry (Lafe) also of Willow Wood, OH. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm Saturday, March 1, 2014, at Chapman’s Mortuary. Burial will be in Greenbottom Memorial Park. Friends may visit an hour before services on Saturday at the funeral home.
