Shawn William Miller, 46, of Huntington, WV, passed away Thursday, August 23, 2018, in Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was born July 20, 1972 in Huntington, WV a son of Roger and Mary Miller of Huntington. He was a truck driver, and an avid outdoors man. He loved his over the road job, horseback riding, motorcycle riding, fishing, spending time with his son and just spending time in the great outdoors. In addition to his parents, survivors include: his son, Shawn Michael William Miller of Huntington; a sister and brother-in-law, Sandie Miller Oiler and Paul Oiler of Chillicothe, OH; a brother, Aaron Scott Miller of Proctorville, OH; three nephews and a niece, Aidan Zane Miller of Proctorville, Kenneth James Oiler of Circleville, OH, Lindsay Anne Oiler of Frankfort, OH, and Adam Jess Oiler of Chillicothe; and a special friend and pastor Barry William Smith. A memorial service will be conducted 3:00 pm Sunday, September 2, 2018, at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, with Pastor Barry William Smith officiating. Inurnment will be at a later date at Spring Hill Cemetery, Huntington. Visitation will be from 2:00 to 3:00 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
