Mark Allen Robertson, 56, of Huntington, WV, Loving and Devoted husband of Sara (Nutter) Robertson, went to be with his Heavenly Father on Friday August 10, 2018 at home. He was born January 25, 1962 in Madison, WV, the son of the late James Wendell Robertson and Barbara Livingood Robertson of Salisbury, NC. In addition to his dad he was preceded in death by his granddaughter Lana Jo-ann Strickland and his brother, Roger Laverty. Before losing his sight, he was an Electronics Technician at the former Pied Piper in Huntington, WV. Mark was also a special needs teacher in Rowan County, NC. After losing his sight do to multiple health issues he remained very active. He loved serving the Lord, he sang in the choir and shared his faith with everyone he came in contact with. He was a member of the Cabell-Wayne Association of the Blind and loved all of them and the activities they had. He loved Star Track, Super Hero's, power tools and always needed something pertaining to Lowe's. He loved to laugh and tell jokes most of which he made up. He touched so many people in so many different ways, he just loved everyone. He's leaving behind some additional family members that meant the world to him. His children and their spouse's, April and Amanda Price of West Columbia, SC, Christina and Matthew Barrett of Barboursville, WV, Markita Robertson of Chesapeake, WV, two granddaughters, Sara Ann Woods of Barboursville, WV, Talon Samantha Pogue Price of West Columbia, SC, sister Sherry Brinkley of VA brothers, Tim Robertson, Jim Robertson and wife Rebecca all of Ohio, David Robertson and wife Judy of Florida and lots of nieces, nephews and cousins. A Memorial Celebration of his life will be held Saturday August 18, 2018 at the Union Baptist Church 1295 James River Turnpike Rd, Milton, WV 25541 with Brother Bo Osbourne officiating.  Chapman's Mortuary Huntington is assisting the family.
