Deborah Ann Moffitt Butcher, 54, of Huntington, WV, passed away Sunday, November 25, 2018, at her residence. She was born March 4, 1964 in Nashville, TN a daughter of the late Thomas Moffitt and Charlotte Killpatrick Moffitt Williams. She formerly worked in restaurants. Survivors include: her husband, James Butcher, Sr.; two daughters, Stacie Butcher and her fiancé, Timothy Starkey, Jr. and Amanda Butcher Huff; a son, James Butcher, Jr.; grandchildren, Jayson Hutchinson, Jr., Elecia Thomas, Mattilyn Butcher, Hunter Slayton, Brandy Butcher, Darla Huff, and Elizabeth Butcher; a sister, Robin Williams; two brothers, James Williams and Chuck Williams; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Memorial services will be conducted Thursday, December 6, 2018, at Harmony House, 627 Fourth Avenue, Huntington, WV. Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, is assisting the family.
