Obituary



Elizabeth Ann Murphy-Peyton, 56, of Huntington, passed away Saturday, November 24 at her residence. Born May 18, 1962 in Huntington, she was the daughter of the late Sherman Murphy and Mary Lou Eller. She was a retail sales clerk for the former Foard and Harwood Shoe Company, master home cook, and a devoted loving Mother. She also attended Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. Survivors include two children, Victoria Peyton and Matthew Peyton and their father Patrick Peyton; one sister, Connie Wolfe; cousins, Hope Morris, Maggie Phillips; cousins, Mike, Diane and Jeff Murphy; one aunt, Annetta Murphy-Dryer; cousins, Alison Peterson, Jamie Holder and Kim Kershaw. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 pm Wednesday, November 28 at Chapman's Mortuary. Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 11:00 am Thursday, November 29, at Our Lady of Fatima Church, with Father Paul Yeunger officiating. Burial will be in Woodmere Memorial Park.
