Obituary



Betty E. "Weasie" Vaughan, went to the Lord November 14, 2018. Weasie was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. She was born August 14, 1927 in Huntington, WV a daughter of the late William and Jewell Stephens Rowsey. She was an active member of Baptist Temple Church, loved her community, and volunteered regularly at the Ronald McDonald House. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Vaughan; dear son Joseph Vaughan II; and two brothers, William and Richard Rowsey. She is survived by her daughter Valerie Wall, grandsons Tanner Wall, Ryan and Christina Wall, and two great granddaughters. Thank you to the staff of Madison Park Healthcare for years of loving care. She will be dearly missed by all. Funeral Services are Friday, November 16th, 2:00 p.m. at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, with Pastor J. Andrew Magnusson officiating. Burial will be in Woodmere Memorial Park. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
