Obituary



Dale W. Daniels, 75, of Huntington, WV (formerly of Scottown, OH) passed away Sunday, October 16th, 2016. He served in the United States Air Force from 1959 to 1965. He was a member of: The Ohio Valley Lodge of Crown City (badge number 0536), C-K American Legion (Post 93) whose members will perform military rites, Moose Club of Barboursville, Scottish Rite of Freemasonry of Huntington, and the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels. He was a volunteer at the VA hospital, Vice President of Turnbull Leasing, and a proud member of the YMCA. Along with his parents, Imogene and Homer Daniels, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Tracey Daniels and Thomas F. Daniels, and his son-in-law, William Turnbull (all of Huntington). He is survived by his wife and high school sweetheart of 57 years, Judah A. Daniels (Judy Daniels), his sister, Mary Alice (Kermit) Cox, two daughters, Robin (William) Turnbull (of Huntington) and Becky (Pat) Barbera (of Lexington, KY), and two granddaughters, Annie and Lindsay Barbera (of Lexington, KY). He also leaves behind a Saint Bernard, Fiona, whom he affectionately called "Fi." Visitation will be held on October 20th from 11-1 at Reger Funeral Home. A memorial will follow at 1 pm conducted by Wayne Brammer. All are welcome to attend.
