Donald Lee Weaver, 81, of Huntington, WV passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at his residence.  Graveside funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at Woodmere Memorial Park by Pastor Robert Withers.  Donald was an electrician with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, a veteran of the US Marine Corp having served in the Korean War. A life member of the DAV and VFW. Donald loved to build model airplanes and was a trumpeter and played swing music with his own band. He also played in The Marine Corp. band.  Donald was born on July 5, 1935 in Pineville, WV the son of the late Ambrose and Eleanor Cook Weaver. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 3 brothers and sisters.  He is survived by his wife of 53 years Betty Fox Weaver, daughter and son in law: Denise and Jackie Bird, son: Donald Lee Weaver II, grandchildren: Lori and Melissa Chinn, great grandchildren: Tanner Sellards and Lexi Chinn and one brother; Dennis Weaver all of Huntington, WV.  There will be no visitation or procession to the cemetery.  Reger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
