Stephen Jay Hicks
(April 19, 1962 -October 8, 2018)

Stephen Jay Hicks, 56, Huntington, passed away Monday October 8, 2018. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:30 pm Friday, October 12, 2018 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor Charlotte Jenkins. Burial will be in Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, Dunbar. He was born April 19, 1962 in South Point, OH, a son of Merle and Janet Louis McCoy Hicks of South Point, OH. He was preceded in death by his brother, Christopher Z. Hicks. He is survived by his wife, Mary Bolen Hicks; children Erica Davis, Tamra Davis and Barrett Bolen; sister and brother-in-law, Sherryl and Kenneth Lambert, Coal Grove, OH; brothers and sisters-in-law, Merle and Irma Jean Hicks, Hillsboro, OH and James and Rebecca Hicks, of South Point, OH; eleven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday from 6-8 pm at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
