Obituary

Norma King
(May 9, 1933 - October 26, 2018)

Norma King, 85, of Huntington, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, October 26, 2018. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, October 28, 2018 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Dr. David Lemming. Burial will be in Winfield Cemetery. She was born May 9, 1933, in Winfield, WV, a daughter of the late Maurice Jackson and Lilly Luvania Nowlin Fewell. She was a member of Lewis Memorial Baptist Church. What brought her the most joy was being surrounded by her family. She also had a passion for cooking and gardening, She was preceded in death by one grandson, Brian Gibson. She is survived by two daughters, Lois Dingess of Barboursville and Carol Gibson of Proctorville, Ohio; two sons, Robert King and James King, both of Huntington; one brother, James Fewell of Sarasota, FL; four grandchildren, Lauren Gibson, Robert King, Joshua King and Caitlin Smith; and two great-grandchildren, Ryan and Layla Smith. Visitation will be after 1 p.m. Sunday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
