Dow Edward "Eddie" Blankenship, 28, of Huntington, WV, died Friday May 20, 2016 at his residence. Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 PM Tuesday May 24, 2016 at Chapman's Mortuary Huntington with Rev. Winford Winters officiating. Burial will be in Woodmere Memorial Park. Eddie was born April 24, 1988 in Huntington, WV, a son of Edward Blankenship and friend, Tammy Cooper of Huntington and Carla Esque Saliba and husband Mike of Proctorville, OH. Eddie was a roofer by trade. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Rev. Harlen Esque and his maternal grandmother, Mary Lou Blankenship. Additional survivors include his maternal grandmother, Deloris Gene Esque, a stepsister, Brandi (Cooper) Dailey, his fiancée, Angie Meadows and her 3 children, Nicholas Meadows, Austin Hay and Alexis "KiKi" Ramos all of Huntington. Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Monday May 23, 2016 at Chapman's Mortuary.
