Donald Lee Jones, 76, of Huntington, husband of Marjorie Bevins Jones, died Saturday, May 7, 2016, in Cabell Huntington Hospital. A Memorial service will be conducted at 12:00 noon Wednesday, May 11, 2016, at Chapman's Mortuary, with Danny McSweeny officiating. He was born January 20, 1940, in Cabell County, a son of the late Vernena Campbell. In addition to his mother, his first wife Nancy Jones also preceded him in death. He was a US Navy veteran, retired from WV American Water Company, and a member of Rockwood Baptist Church in Chesapeake, OH. In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Beth and Michael Kreuger of Huntington; 6 step-children, Jerry Ray, Cathy Johnson, Karen Simmons, David Ray, Tina Lewis and Tammy Brunelle; grandchildren, Owen and Chloe Kreuger, and 24 additional grandchildren. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
