Carolyn JoAnn Goodwin, 70, of Huntington, widow of Clifford D. Goodwin, Jr., passed away Friday, May 13, 2016, in the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 pm Tuesday, May 17, 2016, at the White Chapel Mausoleum, Barboursville, with Larry Hedrick officiating. Burial will follow. She was born November 14, 1945, in Charleston, WV, a daughter of the late Howard T. and Helen Carver Jarrell. She was a collar setter for Corbin Ltd. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Ronald Ferguson; one sister, Vivian Holmes; two brothers, Charles Robert Jarrell and Howard T. Jarrell, II; two grandchildren, Ashley Scarberry and Ryan Ferguson; two great-grandchildren, Chloe Oldaker and Jordan Miller. Friends may call 30 minutes prior to service time Tuesday at the cemetery. Chapman's Mortuary is assisting the family.
